All quotes are completed in good faith based on the information supplied. Quotes are valid for ten days and based on the USD stated, if the USD changes during this period the quote will need to be updated.

All orders need to be made via email with an accompanying PO. All orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Invoices will be supplied on order and payment is required within seven days. If the USD changes before payment and after seven days, adjustments to the price will need to be made.

Shipping is via sea freight from our manufacturing partners closest port with FOB terms. Shipping will take four to six weeks from Asia, six to eight weeks from Europe, and ten weeks from the USA.

Any packaging deemed unfit or out of spec needs to be reviewed by our technical team before any returns or refunds can be processed. Please refer to your onboarding guide and email info@revopackaging.com to lodge your issue.
