Quotes

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days at which point we may need to requote due to unforeseen foreign exchange fluctuations.

  • Costs included on your quote will be the cost per unit or metric of measure be that roll, pallet, and/ or carton. Also included will be cylinder/ artwork costs if required, shipping and import costs, plastic tax, and GST as well as a breakdown of how we calculated the given pricing.

  • Simply let us know and we can requote as needed.

  • All quotes will be in NZD.

Membership

  • Memberships are charged based on a percentage of the total spend bracket. Ideally, you choose your membership after you receive a quote so you can articulate the total spend you will need for the year and only pay for access to the amount you need.

  • Whether paid in full or month to month, all memberships are valid for 12 months. You can choose to not renew for the following year.

  • We will pro rata the new cost across the balance of the remaining time left in that 12-month period.

  • In the onboarding process, we will give you your referral code which friends and acquaintances of yours can use when they sign up. If you refer someone using your code, they will get an “x” discount and you will get an “x” credit on your account to be used for future orders or membership renewal.

Ordering

  • You will receive automated status updates from us through the cylinder-making phase, production phase, and export phase right through to local delivery.

  • It varies between product types and complexity. All leadtimes and key dates will be communicated in the quote phase but are typically 8- 10 weeks plus two weeks for all new jobs.

  • We can arrange air freight at your expense and can deliver within 7 days from order completion, we will also work with our manufacturing partner on expediting your order.

  • Simply request a repeat production run, communicate any changes to the artwork and/or volumes and we will raise a new order minus any unnecessary setup charges and to a much shorter leadtime.

Payment

  • We accept payment by bank transfer.

  • It allows us to offer cost-price packaging in the first place and acts as a commitment to the order.

  • Yes. We have options to pay upfront or in increments over 12 months.

  • No.

Logistics

  • We charge 15%- 25% of the order value (dimensions, weight, and departure point factored in) as freight to cover international freight, any import duties, and insurance. When we reconcile the actual cost once we have delivered your goods, any difference in freight below the rate charged will be credited to your account.

  • Yes. We factor in all import costs, duties, and insurance into the cost of freight during the quote phase.

  • Yes. Insurance is included based on the value of the order.

  • We ship globally from the best place where your stock is made including Europe, America, South East Asia, China, and or India.

Packaging

  • No. Compostable packaging is problematic for waste streams and we consider it single use packaging.

  • We will advise if a packaging format requires a ratio of laminates not suitable for soft plastic recycling.

  • To a certain extent. While no two packing environments are the same, we can advise on what shelf life we anticipate our packaging will provide, but we do guarantee this.
